General Maintenance and Repairs
If you have a number of
repairs around your home or business, we ask that you compile a list
first. We'll come and take a look and discuss your needs at no charge. You
will appreciate the professional advice and guidance you'll receive. Maintenance
and repairs are generally not quoted. You are billed at an hourly
rate. Should replacement materials for your repairs be needed, a deposit will be necessary.
Remember, when you use our
maintenance services, you don't need to call in several different craftsmen to do the odd
jobs - our handyman can do everything as quickly,
efficiently, professionally and at a lower
cost than the separate Trades will charge.
* If this will be your
first time using us, you will
be required to sign and enter into a simple Maintenance Agreement before any
services are rendered.

Home Improvements and Renovations
If you are thinking about any type of
improvement to your property, we are your company. We hold a General
Contractors License in the State of Massachusetts and are registered as
Home Improvement Contractors.** License numbers are available upon
all paperwork.
Our experience guides you from the planning
stages right through to the finishing touches on your project. Our initial
consultation is free of charge. If we are involved in the planning process
with you, a retainer deposit is required. We are very aware of the stress
that occurs while major renovations are taking place in your home. We
strive to keep you informed, relaxed and within your budget just as we
strive for perfection.
This website plays an important part of
your project. You will become our featured home on the main page of this
site. We keep a
running progress report on the actual work posted here. See
Current Projects > We've had Customers away
for lengths of time that were able to keep up with the project at their
home by going online. You can also share your experience with relatives across the country
or the world. We thought this was a neat feature and it serves as a live
reference for us.

**(Personal note: As a Home Improvement
Contractor, I do not
agree with the States requirements of registered Home Improvement Contractors
funds. A
good portion of the money goes into the fraud protection fund. As an
honest business, this does not seem fair that the legitimate Contractors
of this state foot the bill for the . . dishonest ones. I have personally
helped people recoup money from this fund. The process is long, arduous
and confusing. Plus you are dealing with a state agency. You are treated .
. . well like any state agency treats its citizens, with skepticism and
different stories about the process.) |
