Chicopee Condominium - Pat M.

Project - Install new floor over existing linoleum. This floor was the original floor installed during construction. Overall it was in good shape, but the edges were curling and had pretty severe discoloration in front of the sliding glass doors to the back deck.

The original floor in the half bathroom.	New 1/4" luan plywood was installed over the existing linoleum. The stove and dishwasher were removed to install underneath.
Luan plywood installation continued.	Bathroom with new floor installed. The toilet and closet door were removed so tiles could be laid out properly and a professional finish achieved.
The main dining / kitchen area with completed floor installed.	The small hallway. To the left is the basement door and the right side leads into the bathroom.
